We want you to look good and feel good every time you shop with Crocs. If you’re not completely satisfied with a Crocs item, we’ll gladly take it back in its original, unworn condition with the receipt and within 45 days of shipment arrival.
Worn products found to be damaged may also be returned within 45 days of purchase. Please call customer service at 1-866-306-3179 for help with damaged items.

We offer a 14-day permanent price guarantee. If the price of your recently purchased item is permanently marked down within 14 days of purchase, we’ll honor the new price at your request and return the adjusted amount to your card. Temporary sale prices including promotional discounts and coupon codes are excluded.
Worn and Late Return Items
Returns must have no visible wear or alteration. If we receive a return and determine (at our sole discretion) that it’s been worn or altered, it will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange. Items that are returned past the 45-day return period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
